Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → creatrr → Cancel. Deleting the app doesn't cancel it.
I bought a plan but it isn't unlocked
On the plan screen, tap Restore purchases while signed in to the Apple ID you bought with. You can reach it any time from your account button → Change plan.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app: tap your account button → Delete account. This permanently removes your synced projects and uploaded audio.
I'm on a new phone. Where are my projects?
Sign in with the same email and your projects and tracks sync back. Projects made without signing in live only on the original device, so back them up with the export option first.
How many songs can I upload?
As many as you need for your shoots. See the fair-use section in the Terms.
