Terms of Use
creatrr · Last updated October 22, 2026
These terms cover your use of creatrr (the "app"), a planning tool for music-video and content shoots, operated by Gavin Geddes ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
1. Your account
You can use creatrr on your device without an account. If you sign in, your projects sync to your account so you can use them on other devices. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for what happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
2. Plans, billing and renewal
- creatrr Artist: $1.99 per month. creatrr Plus: $9.99 per month. creatrr Pro: $29.99 per month. Prices are in US dollars and may differ by country; the price shown by Apple at purchase is the one that applies.
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically every month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- A free trial may be offered on some plans. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription at the listed price.
- Manage or cancel any time in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. We can't cancel or refund on Apple's behalf; refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- If we raise prices, existing subscribers keep their current price unless they agree to the new one.
- If your subscription ends, you'll be asked to choose a plan to keep using the app, and you can export your projects from that screen at any time. If you move to a lower plan, we keep your projects, but you can't add more artists than the new plan includes.
3. Unlimited tracks and fair use
All plans include unlimited songs, so you never have to count tracks. This is for planning shoots and not for general file storage, so the following fair-use rules apply:
- Upload audio you need for your own shoots and projects. Don't use creatrr as a music library, file host, backup service or to share files with the public.
- Only upload audio and images you own or have permission to use.
- No automated or bulk uploading, and no uploading files that aren't audio or images.
- Audio you upload is converted to MP3 to keep storage small. We may set technical limits, such as maximum file length or size, to protect the service.
- Plan limits on the number of artists (1, 10 and 50 for Artist, Plus and Pro) apply as shown in the app.
If an account uses far more storage than normal shoot planning requires, we may contact you, ask you to remove files, or limit uploads. We will give you notice and a chance to respond before taking action, except where needed to stop abuse or comply with law.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the projects, notes, audio and images you add. You give us permission to store, process and display them only as needed to run the app for you (syncing, backups, and showing them back to you). We don't use your content to advertise, train models, or share it with other users.
5. Acceptable use
Don't break the law, infringe others' rights, interfere with or try to break into the service, reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows, or use it to harass anyone.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep creatrr running and your data safe, but it is provided "as is" without warranties. Keep your own copies of anything important (the app has a backup export). We may update the app and these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app or by email. Using the app after a change means you accept it.
7. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app (tap your account button → Delete account). This permanently removes your synced projects and uploaded audio from our servers. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, or lost profits, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can't be waived.
9. Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula) also applies to the app. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for it, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
